The closing ceremony of the XV European Youth Summer Olympic Games was held on July 28 at the Baku Crystal Hall. The closing ceremony was attended by the First Deputy Prime Minister of the Republic of Azerbaijan, Vice President of the Heydar Aliyev Foundation Leyla Aliyeva Chairman of the Organizing Committee of the XV European Youth Summer Olympic Festival, Vice President of the European Olympic Committees (NOC) Nils Nygard, Mayor of Banska Bistrica, Slovakia which will host the next festival and other persons.
